This group is a school district partner sponsored by Thom Worlund and want to have a BBQ on Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 3:00-6:00 and want to have this at Sand Hill in the play area (access the covered area, play equipment and field). They need to access from 1:30 pm to 7:00 pm ish for set up and clean up). They will be bringing in some BBQ's and may need some serving tables). They are planning on 50-75 people (parents and children).
